Dear student,

Yes you can definitely take part in the UPSEE Spot round even if you haven't paid the seat acceptance fees in round 1.

The seat vacancy for special round is will be out on Nov 26 and the registration and fees payment will begin on 26 nov to 28 nov 2020.
