i was an sc candidate i got 46803 rank if i get seat in any college( that can be any group even aerospace engineering)should i have to pay college fees or not?

The Education Ministry has recently decided to give a total fee waiver for the differently-abled, students from SC and ST community and those belonging to families with annual income less than Rs 1 lakh . Students from families with annual income of less than Rs 5 lakh will also be allowed to a waiver of two-third amount. So, if you produce right income certificates at the time of counseling you may get fee reimbursement for your complete course duration and Rs.20,000 may be credited by the govt. for your hostel expenses.
