hi,
I assume you are asking about railway travelling ticket examiner role , however it is a rail way group C post.
the age limit is 18-30 years, however relaxation applied for reserve category candidates.
the education eligibility criteria is as follows,
candidates must have completed 10th or 12th course or diploma course from a recognized education board, however graduates are also eligible to apply if they have the mentioned age limit.
