Hello,

You will give yes for the question asking "appearing or appeared for improvement in 12th". That will do the work. You don't have to change anyother details. You have to put yes in that section which will notify that you have opted for improvement exam in 12th.

No not this i am asking for jee main application form

In jee main application form what should I choose 12th passed aur appearing.
Two options are available there passed aur appearing.
