The refund should not take much time as the process is online. You will get the refund in a maximum period of 3-7 days. It should not exceed much.

The help desk number is unavailable all the time I contact it always says that the number is not in service and there is not even a single reply from my mail

I had taken withdrawl at 2nd counselling but still my remaining counselling fees have not been refunded
