I would like to rectify the images uploaded by me in NEET ug application form. Can I rectify it if I don't get any message from NTA?

No you cannot. NTA guidelines mention that you cannot edit your uploaded images unless notified by NTA. If you do not receive any notification from NTA, consider the images to be uploaded as per the NTA guidelines.
