Asoka, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. NEET is also a mandatory examination for studying MBBS/BDS abroad. If you want to study MBBS/BDS abroad, then you can use your NEET 2019 score for 22 years until 2021. But if you want to study MBBS in India, you have to appear for NEET every year that you want to study MBBS/BDS/Ayush or Veterinary courses. The validity of your NEET score in India is only for 1 year.
NEET scores are valid for a period of three years for admission to foreign institutions. That means you can apply for admission in a private college with your neet score this year too (even in the next two). But domestic institutes only accept the neet scores of the current admission year. If you need help with anything else just drop a comment on this answer.
Best wishes!
