iam an sc candidatei got 28000 rank i.e caste rankcan i get NITs as per my rank.if yes, which NITs could i prefer for this rank...???

Well dear,as per the previous year cutoffs your chances of getting into good NIT's is very low,you may go for lower NIT's but won't get a satisfied branch.So,its better to apply through state counselling like Punjab,Haryana,M.P etc
