Hello Student!

If you have already filled the application form, take a print out of it and send it to the below address along with photocopies(not original) of other required documents:-

The Secretary,

The Selection Committee,

The required documents are:-

• NEET Admit card and Score card
• SSLC Mark sheet(both sides)
• Class XI Mark Sheet (both sides)
• H.S.C / CBSE Mark sheet (both sides)
• Transfer certificate
• Certificate for proof of study from VI std. to XII std.
• Nativity certificate for the candidates who have partly studied outside Tamil Nadu
• Permanent Community Certificate Card.
• First Graduate Certificate (if applicable).
• Special Reservation Category Form ( Additional fee of Rs.100) with relevant certificates for Exservicemen.

The original documents specified above will be carried when you will report the college you will be alloted for counseling. But you have to send only photocopies of these documents through post.

Till now, the state rank list has not been released. The tentative date for the same is 16 Nov 2020. But the last date to register for the Tamil Nadu state NEET counseling is 12 nov 2020.
