You have not mentioned in which state or college you are seeking admission, because different colleges have different Cutoff marks,
And as you have mentioned that you are expecting 550 marks , then it's a good score and you have chances of getting govt medical college,
And you could also get through AIQ if your score is in between 550 to 600 .

It depends on frommwhich state you belongs to.
Because All india Medical seats have High cutoff Of 600+.
If you will apply to your state quota From.which you belongs Then there is chance to get in to any Government college in your state..Else No option to go in Private college.
