Hello student,

We have to recall, all of the basics of physics.

The time taken, in throwing of the body towards point with velocity u is (let t1)= u/g , g equal to gravity.

Time for upward journey at this particular starting point,(= (u/g - t2)

So your answer is 2(u/g - t2)
