see for general category students it is necessary to have 75% aggregate marks in 10+2 course for admission in nits or iits. for sc /st candidates marks criteria is 65%. for top ranked nits you need to score 260+ in jee mains exam, however every years cutoff score varies and depends on factors like question difficulty level, number of participants etc.

No you can't join as with that much mark you will get a very big rank and can't join if you have any reservations category and that categorical rank needs to be below 3k for top NITs and it ranges upto 50K for low rated NITs. As per the percentage you need 75% to join. So you won't be able to join.
You can go for government colleges for joining. They also provide good facilities and faculties for help and guidance for graduation. They also provide high scope and many extra curricular activities are also held every year.
