Yes you can appear for JEE Main 2021 if you have passed JEE Main 2020 with low marks. The marks of Jee Main 2021 will be considered. Even if you score good or less in 2020 you can appear in 2021. It depends on your choice. And even if you score lesser marks in 2021 than in 2020, even then marks of 2021 will be considered.
