If I am from outside of Maharashtra then the College will consider Cet marks or jee marks for admission

There are two types of counselling conducted by maharahstra the forst one is through mht cet and the other one is CAP round. You need to register yourself separately in the above two if yu want to appear in the counseling from types. Sonce as you have said you are outside maharahstra so you are only eligible for general seats and first preference will be given to maharshtran candidates.
