See it would be okay because there is no any sectional cut-off for JEE-Main but it would be disadvantageous for you as well because if there will be any candidate having score equal to you but he performed all the three sections then he would be getting rank better than you because in tie-breaking criteria sectional marks are also considered so here you can lag behind even after having same score. So be careful of this thing.
So it is recommended that you should perform all the three sections till the point where you are confirm for your answer because there is also negative marking in JEE-Main.
