JEE is not going to help you to become a pilot. There are two ways to become a pilot in India. One is after 12th you need to join pilot training school and become a pilot but that's very costly. The other way is to become a pilot for Indian army that is be joining Indian Airforce. You can become a pilot but you will need to serve Indian Airforce for a long time. So if you want to become a commercial pilot then you will have to wait a long time through Indian Army.
