if i do btech nd all in biotechnology , is maths there ???

Mathematics is the compulsory subject in all branch in B.tech or in biotechnology. Mathematics is the essential part of engineering course. The use of mathematics in the biotechnology is important although biology become more quantitative . The mathematical biology work in both application like theatrical and practical . Biotechnology is the combination of Biology and Technology. so both biology and mathematics are compulsory subject. The Eligibility Criteria of Biotechnology is Student have completed 10+2 (12th ) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.

Yes mathematics is compulsory and an important subject to pursue BTech in biotechnology, but if you choose for BSC biotechnology, then you can go without mathematics.
Mathematical biology is very important in biotechnology for practical and theoretical purposes, so you need to study mathematics too.
