Well if we follow previous year cut offs , your chances are very less to get any government college in this much marks.

As we know cut off changes every year and it depends on the level of exam as well as candidates participating , so we can't actually predict the cut off without even the exam is held.

You should try to score atleast above than 500 in order to be in a safe place.

See on such marks and category it would be difficult to get any government college according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that the cut-off marks for government medical colleges generally stays above 480-490 marks slab through State quota counselling so being a General category candidate your aim should not be less than 500-520 out of 720 marks especially for Government medical colleges in Gujarat.
