With the percentile of 79.5, your All India Rank will be around 18400-186000. There are very less chances of getting a NIT/IIIT with this rank (If you are from General Category then you can expect your chances for getting a NIT/IIIT with this rank to be tending to zero).

However, you have second attempt (i.e., JEE Main April Session) to improve your score. Also, you have other options like to apply for State Government colleges, some decent private colleges, etc.
