I think you must be asking about the average fees structure of Medical colleges for MBBS course.

Fees for any govt medical college in India varies from state to state it can be any from 20000/Indian rupees to 2 -3 lakh per annum. Hostel and mess charges etc. Compared to any private medical colleges it is negligible. Private medical colleges fee starts from 5lakh(approx) per annum and may go up to 20-30 lakh per annum as far as i know.
