If you get 48th rank in JEE Advanced, then yes you can get seat in IIT Bombay. You will get seat in any branch according to your wish, whether it is CSE or Electrical. You can get seat in any branch in any IIT from 23 IITs. Also, if you want, you can get seat in IISC, but you have to pass other criteria to get admission in IISC.
