Yes getting 50% marks in PCB makes you eligible to write NEET. Once you qualify neet and get a good rank you will definitely get into a medical college.aim for a score above 560.

In order to be eligible for NEET you should have 50% aggregate marks in PCB in general category and to be eligible for JIPMER you should have 60% aggregate marks in PCB in general category.
Boards marks will not counted in your result so you need to score good marks in NEET exam to get admission in top medical colleges.
