For sure you will get a seat in if you score more than 90 percent marks in JEE Mains and 85 percent in board examination and in order to get into a NIT of your wish you will have to keep your priorities in online counseling and after getting a counseling letter you need to attend for the counseling in that particular NIT and join in the college.

The eligibility criteria to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with atleast 75% if candidate belongs to general category and 65% if the candidate belongs to SC/ST category from a recognized board or university.
So, with 85% in class 12 you will be eligible to get admission in NITs.
