If I join a college for MBBS through all India quota,can I change it after state allotment?

Thanks for the question

If you have chosen a seat from the all imdia quota, then you have to vacate the seat first and then apply for the counselling of the state and then get a seat.

There is no provision of transfer of seats in mbbs.
