neet 2020 paper can be given on either of the following languages English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Urdu & Kannada etc.

so If you choose to write neet exam in bengali you will given the test booklet where question will be on bengali language and also  in english language.
