Hi Aspirant!

According to NTA rules and regulations Home state quota will be considered according to the state from which students passed his/her 12 board. For ex. if anyone belongs to Punjab but passed his 12 board from Delhi then his HOME State quota will be of DELHI.

Hence in your case your HOME STATE quota will be of Andhra Pradesh.
