As neet entrance exam is conducted foe getting seat for good college for medical course in national or central level all india wise this exam is conducted and you scored 400 marks in neet so that by the previous years cutoff you may get seat in the good colleges or universities which are private colleges amd you may get scholarship from the government but chances are less  and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

You did not mention the category you belong to so I am considering you from general category

Extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get a seat in government medical college or even private medical college with 400 marks in neet .

For example, in neet 2018,the lowest marks to gey a seat in government medical college in Kerela was 558 marks under state quota for general category and it was for T D Medical College, Alappuzha.

While for private medical college, the lowest marks to fetch a seat was 481 and it was for Karuna Medical College, Palakkad, kerela.
