As you belong to Kolkata then you cab easily get admission in government colleges under state quota 

The cutoff for general category was around 509 in year 2018 and for obc A and B it was 509 and 505 respectively. So there are chances that you might get the college in later rounds lf counseling though the cutoff changes every year but I don't think there would be much difference but nothing can be said with confidence before declaration of results and cutoffs.
