Dear Rupali, if you are talking about free exit, you have to go and surrender your seat in the allotted college and you will be given a particular time frame. It will be either told on the day of counselling or given along with the admission documents. If you do not want to take up the seat, it is important to surrender the seat within the timeframe or else it will be considered accepted.
