No, it's not possible to migrate from DU Regular course to SOL distance learning course.

If you wish the migration can take place between two regular colleges,provided meeting the requirements, but there's no such norm followed by universities providing distance education that it allows admission to students on the basis of migration, you need to apply as a fresh candidate for that matter.
