If you want to do cyber security and ethical hacking then you must have physics chemistry mathematics and computer science be your subjects in class 12th. after completing your class 12th you can opt for BTech computer science as an option and you can do specialisation in cyber security in BTech CS only. That way you can do what you want and that will be helpful while you don't need to do additional courses for this in your class 12th.

The eligibility criteria for the ethical hacking or cyber security course States that the candidate must have completed class 12th with atleast 60% marks from a recognised Board of education. Though taking a computer course at class 12th level may help, it is not a necessity.
You can pursue the BSc course after class 12th and then go for the specialisation in any of the two.
