Getting into any private architecture college and still expecting not high fees is something unnatural! There are many good private colleges like
*Lovely Professional University
*Amity University
*Ansal University
*Apeejay Institute of Technology
*Birla Institute of Technology(Ranchi)
*Chandigarh University
*Deccan Institute of Technology
*Jindal School of Art and Architecture and lots more. The average fee for 5 years B.Arch course varies between 4-10 lakhs.

Your rank in UPSEE is very very good. I think you should join good colleges of UPTU for the course you have mentioned. There are many good colleges like U.P. Design Institute Noida, Faculty of Architecture Lucknow, BIET Jhansi and many more. The above stated colleges are the top ones.
