if my gen -ews rank in paper1 of jee mains 2020 is 32648 and my CRL rank is 227515. can I get HBTU, Kanpur for mechanical engineering at this rank??

As per the previous year cutoff the closing rank for mechanical engineering in HBTU Kanpur was 46377 CRL rank for EWS category. Your CRL rank is 227515 and it is far away from the previous year cutoff. So there is less chance of getting this college.
