if my neet score is 387 and my all over rank is 200891 and i am from general category so is their a chance of getting government college through mcc counselling?

With your score i.e. 387 getting government Medical colleges for MBBS through the 15% AIQ counselling as well as the 85% State counselling won't be possible for you. What you can get is BDS seats in Medical colleges in Maharashtra some of them are as follows
