Oxford University does have hostel facility. And you can get scholarship to stay at Oxford without any cost but that is rare. Oxford University has different criteria to provide full scholarship. It takes into consideration your academic background and your economic milieu. However, if not hostel, Oxford has wide range facilities of accomodation in the nearby areas. But,first off, you need to make it to the Oxford University which is a big thing in itself and requires tremendous hard work.

There is no accommodation or hostel facilities in Oxford University but there are lot of PGs around the Oxford University which are very near and walkable distances from Oxford university like less or around 500 meters from the college and it will very comfortable in them and you will never have any issues of getting late to the college.
