If someone failed in class 12th and want to appear for board next year what he will write in form of iit jee appeared or appearing.

Hello,

you have to give the option as appearing. You may need the college code for that and you can collect it from the institute where you studied your intermediate or can get it from the admit card of your 12th board exam.
