If still, I managed to score AIR 1 in both IIT JEE + ADV with my board marks of 62% can I get admission in IIT?

The answer to your question is NO.
As you cannot get admission through your JEE Advanced or jee Main exam when you don't exceed the minimum requirement of 75% in CBSE or similar state board level exam in 10+2 class.
Getting a fair rank is not enough in engineering exams. You also have to get 75% or more maks at school level.
