Hi,

The qualified loco-motor disabled Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates should get themselves examined and have their disability percentage certified at any one of the below mentioned Disability Assessment Boards constituted at four cities:

(i) Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi

(ii) All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai

(iii) Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research, Kolkata

(iv) Madras Medical College, Chennai

The candidates are required to carry their treatment papers related to their disability, including the investigation reports at the time of reporting to the above institutes. Only when they produce the certificate they receive after verification at the time of counselling will they be eligible to claim the applicable PH 1 or PH 2 reservation.
