If you fail to get NITs and IIITs. There are many private colleges who consider JEE main marks to provide admission you can apply for them. You need to apply for application form separately.

You should keep other options as well other then JEE. There are many top private colleges who provides good placements you an appear for their entrance exam like VITEE, BITSAT, SRMJEE, Manipal, Amrita and COMEDK.
To take admission in government colleges you should also appear for your state level exam
