If your seat is not upgraded in jac delhi, should you freeze your branch in the 4rth round??

Just go for the the 5th round as if you go for float that wont be any loss for you ,in fact only your college and branch shall get upgraded and thus go for float and still if you are not good with the seat then try for spot councelling otherwise just freeze in the last rounds without spot councelling.
