Hello there,

Yes, this is gonna be a problem in future. Your name in all school documents and caste certificate, your name will be different then. It is not certain what can you do resolve such a problem. Although, kindly contact NTA (National Testing Agency) as soon as possible. NTA might help you what to do in this case.
