I'm an obc candidate but my caste certificate has expired. Can i still be eligible for counselling in upsee without obc quota.?

If you want to get a seat through your general rank, then you don't need your caste certificate to be presented at the document verification center. But if you want a seat through your category rank then you will have to carry the caste certificate to the venue.
