The cutoff of JEE Main 2020 is not declared yet. The cutoff will be declared along with the result of JEE Main April Session.
Still It is hard to predict the cutoff and colleges you will be getting as it depends upon many factors like number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of paper etc. According to the last year results, Cutoff for General Category was 89.754 percentile while for OBC(NCL) Category was around 74.316 percentile.
You can calculate your rank using this formula - [100 - Your Percentile] x [ Number of Candidates appeared for exam divided by 100]
This year around 934000 students appeared for JEE Mains January Session, So your Expected rank is around 129000-130000.
