BVP CET for law gives seven options to students as exam centers and out of those seven you have to choose one of the centers.  Now you as you asked will the exam be home edition based or center based as you get three options to fill as centers while applying for it.

Out of all these centers, you have choose three and then one centers from these three will be allotted to you.
