Yes, after your NIOS 12th results are declared, you can go to the NIOS headquarters or your regional centre to collect your original marksheet and certificates. Normally, NIOS sends these documents to your study centre or by post, but in urgent cases like applying for a student visa, you can request them directly. You will need to carry your ID proof, hall ticket, enrollment number, and any proof of urgency.
