Hey there!
The thing with Delhi University cut offs is that if you're getting a particular course within a particular cut off and you still don't apply for admission, in the next cut off they won't't allow you to pursue that course given you're going for same course in the same college.
So, just to be on the safer side you should apply for admission as you can always discontinue once you get a better option with the next cut off. If not, in case you don't get what you want in the 7th one you'll have this course to study.
