There is a option for float or freeze in round 2.

Which name is open willingness in first column second option .

Firstly, there's no such option as open willingness, It's change willingness.Secondly, It's for seat allotted in round 1. No option available to freeze/float the seat allotted in round 2.

No, there is only radion button shows for freeze option and float option has no radio button.

In this round(which is second round) it is by default float hai last alloted branch or college se ( jo first round me allot hue thi) .
