In 2019 the no of students registered for jeemain btech in January was  9,29,198 students and for the april  exam it was 9,35,741 an increase of 6,,543 candidates has been seen.

But in the case of barch the no of candidates for January jee barch exam was 1,80,052 and for the April jee barch exam was 1,69,767 a drop of 10,285 students has been seen in the jee barch exam in 2019.
