In april JEE mains, the topics or concepts will be same which was asked in JEE mains January exam , I am not talking about questions..

Hello dear,
There is no assurance of topics or concepts which will come or not. The topics asked in January session Can be asked or cannot be asked it totally depend on questions setter so don't that topic has come in January so it will not be come in April. You should thoroughly go through all topics in the syllabus .
