In Bihar state neet counselling if i opt for auto upgradation then if i get different college,can i get my previous college?

If you opt for auto uogradation then according to me if you are allowed a new college your admission to previous college is cancelled automatically.Tgis information is according to mcc and in the Bihar neet brochure nothing specific about this has been mentioned.
Its better not to take risks and give names of higher colleges for upgradation.
